Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns and issue refunds for products that are defective upon delivery.

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps.

Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging where possible

  • Returns for reasons other than a product defect are not accepted

  • Refunds or replacements are issued only after the item has been inspected and confirmed to be defective

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
